Don’t Come Bets
As stated above, Don’t Come Bets are the opposite of Come Bets. When the come out roll is done, then you will be able to place a Don’t Come bet in the specific place for in the table layout. You win if the shooter either gets a 2 or 3. However, if the dice land on a 7 or an 11, you lose. Sometimes, the bet will be given back in a push because the dice land on a 12. The reason that this is not the most popular bet in the casino is because when you make this bet, just like when you make a Don’t Pass Line Bet you are betting against the dealer, and most of the other people at the table. When none of the numbers above are rolled points come into play. When the dice land on any of the following numbers 4, 6, 5, 9, 8, or 10, that number becomes what is called a point, then the bet is placed in the bar at the top left corner of the box where the don’t come point is suppose to be. After there is a Don’t Come Point in place, the bet will start paying out even money. You win a Don’t Come Point bet if the shooter does not land on point before they roll another seven. With this type of bet the odds are pretty good, however if you are one that likes to go with the crowd this isn’t the bet for you. You can also look into the Come Bet, which is the other side to this bet. With that bet you win if the dice land on a 7 or 11 and lose if they land on a 2,3, or 12. And when it comes to points, you will win your bet if the shooter throws his/her point again before they throw a seven. You might hear or see (if you are playing online) that the Don’t Come Bet is known as betting against the dealer, the reason for this is that he/she is always playing to get the that 7, 11 or to get their point and with the bet that you made you are hoping they don’t
