Craps Tutorial

Ever since the game was introduced to the gambling world, Craps has been one of the most popular games around. When you go into a casino, you can always tell where the Craps table is because of all of the people crowed around it and the noise of excitement. Even though at first glance this game looks rather difficult once you start to play, you will realize that it is pretty easy to get used to. The basics of the game are very easy; first of all, there is enough room at a regular table to fit up to 20 people.

The first actual roll of the game is called the Come Out roll, which shows all players that this is the start of a new game, which begins with a new shooter. With this roll, a player has to make their point or a new player gets to roll and another game is started. A point is when the dice lands on the number that has been decided. Before you actually start to play the game, you need to know about the layout of the table so that you know what you are looking at and the spots on the table where you can place your bets.

There are three different sections of the Craps table, two sides divided by a center section. Both of the side sections are the same and have the Pass and Don’t Pass Line bets, Come and Don’t Come bets, all of the Odds bets, Place and Field bets. The center of the table houses the Proposition bets. Since you are new to the game, none of this means a whole lot to you. However, as soon as you start to play the game you will realize what the bets are for, for example the Pass Line Bet is when you bet that the shooter will land on a natural 7 or 11, or get a point that they can repeat before the next 7 comes up. The Don’t Pass Line Bet is exactly the opposite of the Pass Line. You can also choose to make a bet on the Odds on Pass Line bet, which is made after a point is rolled, you take the odds on this bet and you only win if a point is rolled again before a 7.

All of the bets are explained on the table, and if you ever need, any help while you are playing at your favorite online casino all you have to do is to visit the help section and you will get all of the information that you need. Once you really start playing the game you will realize that most of the time you really, only place one kind of betting depending on which kind of bet you think is more profitable for you. The odds for this type of game are usually very good and they are written on the table for you, after you play for a while, you will find out why so many people love to play this game.
